Abortion Rights /Roe v Wade
Many of us would ask ourselves what is Abortion? What is the Supreme Court Landmark Case that created many controversial arguments (Roe V Wade)? It all comes that abortion is the termination of a pregnancy after conception. It allows women to put an end to their pregnancies, but involves killing the undeveloped embryo or fetus. This subject has been very controversial since the 1900's. That's when the landmark Case decided by the United States Supreme Court Roe v Wade became known because it was an controversial case whether or not a women can have legal abortion or not. Roe v Wade stated that a woman may abort her pregnancy for any reason, up until the "point at which the fetus becomes 'viable'". The Roe v Wade stated that any woman who didn't desire a child or knew it was going to go through hardships and also if there heath was in danger could obtain an abortion up until 3 months pregnant.
