About Roe v Wade

The Roe Vs Wade case lasted three years because of the controversial statements with people. Jane Roe was the plaintiff which the one that began the lawsuit. She believed a pregnant single women should have the right to terminate a pregnancy if she is not capable or is a single mother. She wanted to make the term Abortion Legalize in the United States. It was so that she lied and said her pregnancy was due to a rape and the reason she didn't want the child was because it was produced by rape and she couldn't take care of a child on her own. This case had so many back and forth arguments because having an abortion was illegal during the 20th century and doctors who performed illegal abortion treatment would get fine or put into jail. This case lasted three years to come to a final decision and at the end it was Roe win because now abortion is legal throughout the United States before the child reaches three months an abortion can be perform. But after years of fighting Norma McCovery also known as Jane Roe comes out to the public and says on the video below that she was wrong about fighting for abortion. She says every child desires the right to live and to a family. She confuses to the public she now sees the wrong doing she did and how she sorry. Not only she help and fought to make Abortion legal but she terminated a pregnancy of an innocent human being. But now my question is why after years she has come out and says sorry and speaks out saying she was wrong? Was she just trying to escape from all the problems going on at that time and took it out on an Innocent child or she was just a woman with a cold heart?
